Kale Crisps

I know these don’t sound more-ish and you might reach instead for a bag of ready salted but they are DELICIOUS!  Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed. 

Makes enough for a family to share

Gluten Free – Wheat Free – Sugar Free – Vegan – Egg Free – Candida Diet

Kale CrispsIngredients

  • 500g-1kg kale
  • A few teaspoons olive oil
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Wash the leaves and pat dry
  2. Remove the ribs and shred the leaves (you can find also pre-cut curly kale in the supermarket)
  3. Drizzle with very little olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper and toss to coat
  4. Lay in a single layer on a baking tray Cook on a low heat (130C, 275F, Gas Mark 1) for approximately 10-15 minutes until crisp
  5. Enjoy!
